The idea I had in mind when I started making coloring pages with simple sentences to read was for my daughters to color a page a day and hold me accountable to do something extra with my oldest that would also be age appropriate for my youngest as well. To be honest my plan didn’t stick and instead I give my daughters generally five different coloring pages a week that they color mainly at the end of the week. They’re great for the weekends to get in a little reading time when my oldest is addiment on reminding me that the weekends aren’t for learning.
For the last week of October I made another set of Halloween theme coloring pages. Free printable below each coloring page image.
